Lesley Judd, a PhD student in Horticultural Science, received the Andrews Doctoral Fellowship. The Andrews Fellowship is a prestigious award offered to one top entering doctoral student in any discipline. The Fellowship is funded through an endowment given to the University by the late Mrs. Grace Andrews of Raeford, NC. Lesley has a B.S. in Horticulture from Michigan State University and a M.S.in Horticultural Science from North Carolina State University. Lesley is researching greenhouse substrates under Dr. Brian Jackson for her PhD.
